LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT


  -  Prepare training design for the career  developmentof employees.

   -  In charged in the assessment of training needs of theemployee.

   -  Conduct training program for development and retention of highly competent 

      and professional workforce of every dep’t in the LGU.

   -  Screen/recommend in service training; overseas & local scholarship,  

      training grants.

   -  Assist. Personnel Development Committee Matterspertaining to selection of 

      agency nominees to training, development and scholarship program in

      accordance with existing Civil Service Policies and Standards.

   -  Evaluate in-service training and development program solely or in coordination 

      with CSC and/or other government agencies and institution.
