Ipinaliwanag naman ni National Commission on Indigenous People, Provincial Legal Officer Atty.

Ronald Lee Hortezuela at Victoria Adawag; Police Provincial Director Eliseo Tanding; at San Jose City Chief of Police Marco Dadez.
