Office of the City Mayor

Any person, corporation, or cooperative intending to establish, operate, or conduct any business, trade, or activity must first obtain a Mayor’s Permit and pay the corresponding fees and business taxes. The Mayor’s Permit is issued by the Business Permit and License Office (BPLO) under the Office of the City Mayor upon compliance with all documentary and regulatory requirements, and after payment of all prescribed fees, taxes, and charges in accordance with existing laws and ordinances.
