Filing of exam application for the AUGUST 10, 2025 Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija
📅 Date of Filing: May 13-16, 26-29 and June 2-3, 2025
📍 Venue: WalterMart San Jose
BRING COMPLETE SET OF APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- CSC exam application form (CS Form No. 100) - you may download it from the CSC website: https://bit.ly/CSC_Aug2025
- Valid ID (original and photocopy; ID should bear the date of birth)
- Four pieces passport size photos (prescribed CSC format)
- PHP 500.00 examination fee
NOTE:
Acceptance of applications shall be on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis and shall be closed any time before the deadline once the target number of applicants is reached.
