Nagsagawa ng Digital Literacy Basic Productivity Tool Training ang Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) nitong Nobyembre 5-6 sa City Library para ituro at mas mapahusay ang kaalaman ng mga kalahok sa Microsoft Applications gaya ng MS Word, Excel, at PowerPoint.

Nagsibilbing pangunahing tagapagsalita rito si DICT Project Development Officer I Jayson Ryan Cunanan at facilitator naman si Maila Jane Galang.

Dinaluhan ang dalawang araw na pagsasanay ng ilang kawani ng Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO), mga miyembro ng Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines, Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR) Hon. Lucia Naboye at ilang IPs sa lungsod.
