National ID Application - June 21-22, 25-29, 2024

ATTENTION:
PhilSys will be processing applications for National ID at City Hall (Ground Floor) on the following dates:
June 21, 22, and 25-29, from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Requirements:
PSA Birth Certificate or any valid ID.
OPEN FOR 1-4 YEARS OLD
Requirements for children aged 1-4 years old:
1. Birth certificate of the child
2. National ID of accompanying parent (mother or father of the child)
