Registration Process:
Client's/Applicant's Guidelines:
1. Go to https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/ to register online.
2. Select NBI BRANCH (CABANATUAN - (CABDO) as your preferred NBI CLEARANCE CENTER.
3. Set your appointment date to either 08 or 09 August 2024, then click the AM or PM slot.
4. Fill out the application form online with the necessary details.
5. A valid email account and an active sim number are required. Only one valid email account per applicant/user is allowed.
6. A Reference Number will be generated after registration.
7. Pay the corresponding clearance fee at your chosen authorized NBI payment channel.
8. Present your Reference Number and proof of payment to the NBI Mobile Team during the Mobile Clearance Processing.
9. Please bring any two (2) valid Government-issued IDs.
First-Time Job Seeker (FTJS) Applicant's Guidelines and Requirements:
1. Go to https://firsttimejobseekers.nbi.gov.ph/ to register online.
2. Select NBI BRANCH (CABANATUAN - (CABDO)) as your preferred NBI CLEARANCE CENTER.
3. Set your appointment date to 08 - 09 August 2024, then click the AM or PM slot.
4. Fill out the application form online with the necessary details.
5. A valid email account and an active sim number are required. Only one valid email account per applicant/user is allowed.
6. A Reference Number starting with FR will be generated after registration.
7. Pay the corresponding clearance fee at your chosen authorized NBI payment channel.
8. Present your Reference Number and proof of payment to the NBI Mobile Team during the Mobile Clearance Processing.
9. Requirements:
a. Barangay Certificate from the place of residence stating that the applicant has been a resident for at least six (6) months and a QUALIFIED FTJS applicant.
Note: The issued barangay certificate can be used within one year from the date of issuance.
b. Signed and executed Oath of Undertaking in the presence of a Barangay Official.
c. Any two (2) valid Government-issued IDs.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Clearance certificates will be available for pick up at the General Services Office.
- NO HIT applicants will be released the following week after the application.
- With HIT applicants will be released two (2) weeks after the application.
