Filing of exam application for the 11 August 2024 CAREER SERVICE EXAMINATION Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija
Schedule of Filing:
May 13-14 @ Pag-asa Sports Complex, Brgy. FE Marcos
May 15-17, 28-29 @ WalterMart San Jose, Maharlika Highway, Brgy. Malasin
BRING COMPLETE SET OF APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- CSC exam application form
- Valid ID (original and photocopy; ID should bear date of birth)
- four pieces passport size photos (prescribed CSC format)
- PHP500.00 examination fee
NOTE: Acceptance of applications shall be on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis and shall be closed any time before the deadline once the target number of applicants is reached.
