BRING COMPLETE SET OF APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- CSC exam application form (CS Form No. 100) – you may download from the CSC website https://www.csc.gov.ph/downloads/category/194-civil-service-examination-form-cs-form-no-100-revised-september-2016
- Valid ID (original and photocopy; ID should bear the date of birth)
- four pieces passport size photos (prescribed CSC format)
- PHP500.00 examination fee
