City Ordinance No. 20-018

Pinagtibay noong Mayo 28 ang City Ordinance No. 20-018, na naglalatag ng implementasyon ng General Community Quarantine sa Lungsod San Jose.

MGA MAHALAGANG BAGAY NA DAPAT MALAMAN tungkol sa ordinansang ito:

· Pwede nang mamasada ang tricycle, jeep/XLT at bus subalit kailangang sundin ang mga sumusunod:

1. Dapat naka-face mask ang driver gayundin ang pasahero.

2. Isa lang ang pwedeng sakay ng tricycle; bawal ang back-ride.

3. Para sa mga tricycle, may color coding sa pamamasada. (Please see earlier post for schedule.)

4. Bawal pumila sa TODA

5. Para sa mga jeep at bus, kailangan 50% lamang ng passenger capacity ang sakay, at dapat layo-layo ang mga pasahero.

· Bawal lumabas ang edad 21 years old pababa at senior citizens (60 pataas), maliban na lamang kung may dalang quarantine pass para sa essential na gawain; o essential worker pass/company ID para pumasok.

· Kailangan pa rin ng quarantine pass ng mga taong nasa labas. Hahanapin pa rin ito kung papasok sa mga mall. One pass per family. Pwedeng maghiraman ang mga nasa tamang edad. (Please see earlier post about quarantine pass.)

· Samakatuwid, ang pinayagan lamang ng IATF na lumabas bukod sa dati nang awtorisadong lumabas ay ang mga trabahador ng mga negosyo/establisimiyentong pinayagang magbukas.

· Mayroon pa ring curfew mula 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

· Partial Liquor Ban: Bawal magbenta ng alak sa mga barangay na nag-impose ng liquor ban.

· Mass gathering: hanggang sampu lamang at kailangang obserbahan ang physical distancing.

· Bawal ang videoke rental.

· Bawal ang sporting events tulad ng liga, mga palaro sa community court, at iba pa.

· Ang pagbubukas ng mga paaralan ay depende pa rin sa Department of Education.

· May multa na 1,000 pesos o 6 hrs community service para sa sinumang mahuhuling lumabag sa ordinansang ito.

· PARA SA MGA TAGA-KARATIG BAYAN NA GUSTONG MAGPUNTA SA SAN JOSE:

1. Kailangang magpakita ng Community Quarantine Pass na inisyu ng Office of the San Jose City Mayor kung papasok sa mall o mamimili sa palengke.

2. Makipag-ugnayan lamang sa inyong munisipyo kung paano makakuha ng pass na ito at para malaman ang inyong schedule.

Narito ang mga negosyo/establisimiyentong pwede at hindi pwedeng magbukas:

Full operational capacity:

1. Agri-feeds/seeds/pesticides/fertilizer supply

2. Agri-farm implements/equipment and post-harvest facilities

3. Fish/meat stores

4. Grocery, sari-sari stores

5. Fruits and Vegetable stores

6. Supermarkets

7. Laundry shops

8. Water-refilling stations

9. Medical clinics

10. Dental Clinics (kailangang nakasuot ng PPE ang dentista at attendant)

11. Optometry clinics

12. Pharmacies and drug stores

13. Telecom companies

14. Internet provider services

15. Media establishment

50% workforce capacity (ibig sabihin, kung noong walang COVID-19 halimbawa ay may 4 na staff, ngayon kailangan ay dalawa lamang):

1. Laundry shops

2. Wholesale and retail trade of motor vehicles, motorcycles, and bicycles, including parts and components

3. Auto/motorcycle repair shops, welding and machine shops

4. Hardware

5. Roofing materials store

6. Tiles center

7. Clothing, footwear and accessories stores

8. Car battery shops

9. Houseware/appliance center

10. Plasticware/glassware center

11. Wood products and furniture shops

12. Bookstores, school and office supplies

13. Pet foods, pet care suppliesand veterinary products

14. Banks

15. Money transfer outlets

16. Financing/lending companies

17. Credit cooperatives

18. Other financial services like money exchange, insurance, reinsurance, and non-compulsory pension funding

19. Postal, courier and delivery services

20. Real estate services

21. Office admin and support (photocopy, photography, lamination, etc.)

22. Utility services (Water District, SAJELCO)

23. Construction activities

24. Building utility services

25. Solar-powered products outlets

26. Gasoline stations

27. Car wash

28. Cable TV providers

29. BPO’s

30. Veterinary clinics

31. Security and investigation firms

32. Legal, accounting, auditing firms

33. Architecture and engineering firms

35. Advertising and market research

38. Rental and leasing other than real estate (halimbawa, rent-a-car or equipment for permitted sectors)

Mga negosyong for take-out, pick-up or delivery only:

1. Restaurants

2. Fast food

3. Carinderia

4. Food stalls

5. Kakanin

6. Milk tea

7. Other food preparation establishments

Hindi pa pwedeng magbukas:

1. Gyms, fitness studios, sports facilities

2. Entertainment industries (videoke/karaoke bar, beerhouse)

3. Amusement centers for kids (playgrounds, playrooms, rides)

4. Libraries, archives, museums, cultural centers

5. Tourist destinations like nature parks and resorts

6. Travel agencies, tour operators

7. Gaming facilities like bingo, video arcades and Internet café

8. Massage parlor, sauna, facial

9. Hotels (except under conditions stipulated by IATF)

Pwedeng magbukas simula sa June 7, subalit strictly hair cutting services only:

1. Barber shop

2. Beauty salon

Ang mga negosyong pinayagang magbukas ay kailangang sumunod sa mga ito:

1. Mandatory wearing of face mask

2. Temperature checking and hand sanitation for customers upon entry

3. Strict social/physical distancing of at least one meter. (Kailangang maglagay ng markings ang mga establisimiyento kung saan tatayo/uupo ang mga customer.)

4. Regular disinfection of premises.

5. Airconditioning to be fixed at 26 degrees Celsius

6. Bawal ang free WiFi

7. Minimum contact with customers to be maintained. (Kailangang may acrylic/plastic divider between cashiers/sales persons sa mga establisimiyento kung saan applicable ito.)
