“Adopting In Toto the Omnibus Guidelines by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines, Particularly Section 2 Thereof”
Executive Order No. 25, s.2020
“Issuing Policies on the Local Implementation of Section 2 (4) (F) of the Omnibus Guidelines Issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines”
Sa ilalim ng EO na ito na naaayon sa guidelines ng IATF, maaari nang mag-operate ang mga sumusunod na negosyo o pumasok ang mga trabahador na ito sa Lungsod San Jose, bukod pa sa mga nauna nang aprubadong negosyo/ manggagawa alinsunod sa mga naunang guidelines:
• Laundry shops
• Dental and Optometry clinics (para sa dental, kailangang nakasuot ng PPE ang dentista at attendant)
• Tindahan at repair shops ng cellphones, internet service providers, cable TV providers.
• IT & telecom supplies.
• Construction workers subalit ang mga accredited lamang ng DPWH.
• Pastors, priests, imams, at iba pang religious ministers upang magsagawa lamang ng funeral o necrological rites. (Immediate family lamang ang pwedeng makipaglibing o um-attend ng burol.)
• Veterinary clinics.
• Security personnel.
• Delivery services para maghatid ng order mula sa mga sumusunod na establisimyento o produkto: food, medicine at iba pang essential goods; clothing, accessories, hardware, houseware, school and office supplies, pet food and other veterinary products. (Ibig sabihin ay pwede nang mag-operate ang mga negosyong ito, SUBALIT FOR DELIVERY ONLY at hindi pwedeng magbukas para magpapasok ng customer. Para sa food o restaurant, katulad pa rin ng dati na for pick-up o delivery only.)
MGA KARAGDAGANG PAGLILINAW TUNGKOL SA DELIVERY SERVICES (EO No. 25)
• Ang mga establisimyentong pinapayagang mag-operate sa pamamagitan ng “delivery basis only” ay kailangang may valid business permit para sa taong 2020.
• Mananatiling sarado ang mga naturang establisimyento.
• Ang mga awtorisadong delivery personnel ay kailangang may essential worker pass.
• Sa checkpoint, kailangang may maipakitang proof of order or delivery ang nagde-deliver.
• Ang delivery service ay pinapayagan lamang within San Jose City; hindi pwede sa ibang bayan.
