Bring complete set of requirements:
- CSC exam application form (https://csc.gov.ph/phocadownload/userupload/erpo/forms/CS%20Form%20100_Revised%20September%20%202016.pdf?fbclid=IwAR2ZxJekDUxrZbymRS-VwA7bh7CE1xxF2anN5ccvurO7bvSa6Z_NGu0XZJA)
- Valid ID (original and photocopy; ID should bear date of birth)
- four pieces passport size photos (prescribed CSC format)
- P500.00 examination fee
- CSC Certificate of Consent (download online or get a copy during filing)

*Examination will also be conducted in San Jose City
NOTE: FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Acceptance of application will be closed any time before the deadline once the target number of applicants is reached.
