Registration Process:
Client’s/Applicant’s Guidelines:
1. Go to https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/ to register online.
2. Select NBI CLEARANCE CENTER (NBI CLEARANCE CENTER Main Office) as your preferred NBI Branch.
3. Set your appointment date to either 09 or 10 August 2023, then click the AM or PM slot.
4. Only one valid email account per applicant/user is allowed.
5. Take note of your Reference Number and pay the corresponding clearance fee at your chosen authorized NBI payment channel.
6. Present your Reference Number and proof of payment to the NBI Mobile Team during the Mobile Clearance Processing.
7. Please bring any two (2) valid Government-issued IDs.
First-Time Job Seeker (FTJS) Applicant’s Guidelines and Requirements:
1. Go to https://firsttimejobseekers.nbi.gov.ph/ to register online.
2. Select NBI CLEARANCE CENTER (NBI CLEARANCE CENTER Main Office) as your preferred NBI Branch.
3. Set your appointment date to 09 - 10 August 2023, then click the AM or PM slot.
4. Only one valid email account per applicant/user is allowed.
5. Take note of your reference number starting with FR and present your reference number to the NBI Mobile Team during the Mobile Clearance Processing.
6. Requirements:
a. Barangay Certificate from the place of residence stating that the applicant has been a resident for at least six (6) months and a QUALIFIED FTJS applicant.
Note: The issued barangay certificate can be used within one year from the date of issuance.
b. Signed and executed Oath of Undertaking in the presence of a Barangay Official.
c. Any two (2) valid Government-issued IDs.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Clearance certificates of NO HIT applicants will be released on the date of application.
• All clearance certificates of HIT applicants will be available for pick up at General Services Office on August 23, 2023 onwards.
