PRC SERVICES CARAVAN

ATTENTION: ALL PROFESSIONALS 

PRC Services Caravan in San Jose City
2nd floor Conference Room, City Hall Building

August 8 (1:00pm-5:00pm)
August 9 (8:00am-5:00pm)
August 10 (8:00am-12:00nn)

The following services will be provided:

A. Online Required Transactions (online.prc.gov.ph) 
1. Renewal of Professional Identification Card (PIC)
2. Duplicate of PIC
3. Certification of Passing and Board Rating
4. Exam Application
5. Initial Registration

B. Walk-in Transactions
1. Duplicate of Certificate of Registration (COR)
2. Petition Requests (Change of Name Due to Marriage, Correction of Name and/or Date of Birth);
3. CPD Related Applications (Self Directed Learning, Accreditation, etc.)
4. Authentication of PRC Documents

For online transactions, print your application forms via your PRC online account (online.prc.gov.ph) before PRC will be able to process your request. 
There are also various mode of payments available such as BancNet ATM, Landbank, UCPB (over the counter), Gcash, PayMaya, or you may choose to pay on the day of appointment at the PRC cashier but expect long queues as only 1 cashier will be available.

Two (2) Documentary stamps are required for the following transactions:
1. Exam Application (may require more than 2 depending on the board exam)
2. Initial Registration
3. Certification and Authentication (2 per copy/document)
4. Petition requests

As per policy of the commission for online appointments, there would still be NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENT (as shown on screen during the online process).
