TULOY NA ANG KASALANG BAYAN sa APRIL 27!
Maaari nang mag-apply sa opisina ng City Civil Registrar, Ground Floor, City Hall.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)
- Birth Certificate (Local or PSA)
- Pre-marriage counselling
- Parental Consent/ Advice (for applicants below 25 yrs old)
- Death Certificate of spouse, if widow or widower
- Court Decision, if annulled
- Vaccination card (must be fully vaccinated)
Deadline for application and submission of requirements: April 13, 2022
Deadline for applicants covered by Art. 34: April 14, 2022
