PHILSYS will be processing applications for National ID at City Hall Ground Floor on December 24 and 26, 9 AM to 4 PM.

Open for citizens aged 1 year and above.

Requirements for children aged 1-4 years:
1. Original copy of birth certificate or baptismal certificate of the child; and
2. PhilID card/ePhilID/Digital National ID of the accompanying parent.

Requirements for 5 years old and above:
- Any valid ID or birth certificate.
