San Jose City covers a total land area of 18,725 hectares classified into various land use categories such as Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Agro-Industrial, Industrial, Agricultural, Parks and Playgrounds, Cemeteries, Forest, Water Use and Greenbelt. (Table 1).
