The city is situated in the northern part of Nueva Ecija, 37.50 kilometers away from the seat of the provincial government in Palayan City; 193.40 kms. north of Manila;120.50 kms. south of Baguio City; and approximately 110 kms. west of the Clark Special Economic Zone. It is nestled at the foot of the Caraballo Mountain Range, and it is bounded by the Sierra Madre Mountain in the east, Municipality of Carranglan in the North, Municipalities of Lupao and Talugtug in the West and Science City of Muñoz and Llanera in the South.
