City Vice Mayor and Presiding Officer Glenda Felimon Macadangdang was born April 19, 1977 to former City Mayor Atty. Jose C. Felimon and Mercedes Fronda, a school teacher, in San Jose City.
She holds a bachelor's as well as a masteral degree in Business Administration from the Philippines School of Business Administration and from Araullo University, respectively.
In 1993, she had a foreshadowing of her career as a public servant when, as a fourth-year high school student leader representing San Jose City High School, she was chosen one of the youth City Councilors during the first Linggo ng Kabataan celebration in San Jose City where she performed the functions of SP Floor Leader during the deliberations of that body.
In 1996, she was elected President of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and an ex-officio Member of the San Jose as City Councilor from 2004 to 2013.
After her third and final term, she ran for the position of City Vice Mayor in 2013 and won, the first lady Vice Mayor and the youngest ever to assume the said position.
She was re-elected in 2016. She is married to Randy A. Macadangdang with whom she has two children: Mercijo Roma and May Adelei.
